Robin Danielson Act of 2014 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to require the Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to provide for the conduct or support of research on the extent to which components, including contaminants and substances used as fragrances, in feminine hygiene products pose any risks to the health of women or the health of the children of women who use those products during or before the pregnancies involved.
