Disabled Veterans Jobs Opportunity Act - Entitles a veteran who has a service-connected disability or combination of service-connected disabilities rated as not less than 70% disabling by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA) and who receives a passing grade in an examination for entrance into the federal competitive service to 15 additional points above his or her earned rating.

Requires a hiring agency to notify individuals who received a passing grade on an entrance examination in 2014 before the enactment of this Act to determine whether they are eligible for such additional points.
