Hank Aaron Congressional Gold Medal Act - Directs the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate to arrange for the presentation of a congressional gold medal to Hank Aaron in recognition of his contributions to baseball and his perseverance in overcoming discrimination and adversity to become a role model for all Americans.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell bronze duplicates at a price sufficient to cover the cost of the gold medal and such bronze duplicates.
