School Lunch Improvements for Children's Education Act or the SLICE Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture (USDA) to implement an interim or final rule regarding the school lunch and child nutrition programs that: (1) requires the crediting of tomato paste and puree as a vegetable serving based on the volume of tomato paste or puree served, (2) implements science-based sodium reduction targets, and (3) establishes a whole grain requirement.
