Transparent Rules Allow Direct Exporting for Small Businesses and Jobs Act or TRADE for Small Businesses and Jobs Act - Directs the Secretary of Commerce to collect information on changes in foreign tariff and non-tariff laws, regulations, and practices affecting exports of U.S. goods and services other than U.S. agricultural commodities.
