Locally Grown Foods for Older Americans Act - Amends the Older Americans Act of 1965 to require a state that establishes and operates a nutrition project to ensure that the project, where feasible, encourages the use of locally grown foods in meal programs for the elderly and identifies potential partnerships and contracts with local producers and providers of locally grown foods.
