Encourages the President: (1) to utilize bilateral and multilateral diplomacy with Iran to support human rights; and (2) in coordination with the Secretary of State, to support the establishment of multilateral mechanisms to advance human rights issues in Iran.

Commends the people of Iran who have braved repression to peacefully exercise their fundamental human rights.
