Ensuring Continuous Coverage under SCHIP Act of 2011 - Amends title XXI (Children's Health Insurance) (CHIP, formerly known as SCHIP) of the Social Security Act (SSA) with respect to a state plan that provides child health insurance through a means other than through the state's plan under SSA title XIX (Medicaid).
