Ensuring Continuous Coverage under SCHIP Act of 2011 - Amends title XXI (Children's Health Insurance) (CHIP, formerly known as SCHIP) of the Social Security Act (SSA) with respect to a state plan that provides child health insurance through a means other than through the state's plan under SSA title XIX (Medicaid).
Requires in such a case for the CHIP plan to implement the 12-month continuous eligibility option available under Medicaid for targeted low-income children whose family income is below 200% of the poverty line.
