Standard Data and Technology Advancement Act of 2012 or Standard DATA Act of 2012 - Amends part A of title XI of the Social Security Act to direct the head of the department or agency responsible for administering certain human services programs to designate, by rule, nonproprietary and interoperable data exchange standards for any category of information required to be reported.
