Campus Safety for Children Act of 2012 - Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require institutions of higher education (IHEs) that participate in title IV (Student Assistance) programs to include in their annual campus security reports, provided to current and prospective students and employees, statistics on sexual offenses against minors that were reported to campus security authorities or local police agencies over the three preceding calendar years.

Prohibits those IHEs from exempting school employees from their campus sexual assault prevention programs.
