Saving High-Tech Innovators from Egregious Legal Disputes Act of 2012 - Amends federal patent law to allow a court, upon finding that a party does not have a reasonable likelihood of succeeding in an action disputing the validity or alleging infringement of a computer hardware or software patent, to award the recovery of full litigation costs to the prevailing party, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than the United States.
