Plain-English summary
Amends the National Infantry Museum and Soldier Center Commemorative Coin Act to require surcharges on coins issued under such Act to be used, in part, for retirement of debt associated with building the existing National Infantry Museum and Soldier Center.
Amends the Abraham Lincoln Commemorative Coin Act to require surcharges on coins issued under such Act to be used, in part, for the preservation and maintenance of: (1) the Ford's Theater Society, (2) the National Trust for Historic Preservation President Lincoln's Cottage fund, and (3) the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum.
