Transparent Rules Allow Direct Exporting for Small Businesses and Jobs Act or TRADE for Small Businesses and Jobs Act - Directs the Secretary of Commerce and the Secretary of Agriculture to collect information on foreign tariff and non-tariff laws, regulations, and practices affecting exports of U.S. goods and services and U.S. agricultural commodities, respectively.
