Louis Zamperini Congressional Gold Medal Act - Directs the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate to arrange for the presentation of a congressional gold medal to Louis Zamperini in recognition of his service to the United States, his sacrifice during World War II, and his inspiration to others through his courage as a survivor.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell duplicate bronze medals, with amounts received from the sale to be deposited in the United States Mint Public Enterprise Fund.
