Joint Select Committee on Job Creation Act of 2011 - Establishes the Joint Select Committee on Job Creation, whose goal shall be to restore the nation's workforce to full employment over FY2012 and FY2013.

Requires the joint committee to provide recommendations and legislative language that will significantly improve the short-term and long-term employment levels in the United States.

Prescribes legislative procedures for consideration in both chambers of the Joint Committee's recommendations.
