Hospice Protection Act - Establishes a temporary moratorium on the phase out of the Medicare hospice Budget Neutrality Adjustment Factor (BNAF).

Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services, between enactment of this Act and December 31, 2009, to recompute and apply the final Medicare hospice wage index for FY2009 as if the BNAF had remained in place with no reduction.
