Reaffirms support for WFP's mission to bring emergency food aid to the most vulnerable people of Pakistan and around the world, and commends the WFP people serving the poor across the world.

Recognizes: (1) that poverty can be exploited by extremists to create instability in Pakistan and the greater South Asian region; and (2) the critical role WFP plays in helping alleviate poverty.
