Support the goals of U.N. General Assembly Resolution A/64/255 declaring a Decade of Action for Road Safety to stabilize and reduce road traffic fatalities around the world.

Requests that: (1) the Department of State expand the collection of data involving the road crash deaths of U.S. citizens abroad; and (2) the Administration continue to improve U.S. road safety policies.

Encourages the Administration to take a leading role in implementing the activities of the Decade of Action for Road Safety.
