Access to Congressionally Mandated Reports Act - Requires the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to establish and maintain a single website accessible by the public for obtaining electronic copies of congressionally mandated reports.

Requires the head of each federal agency to provide OMB with an electronic copy of each such report.
