SEC Freedom of Information Restoration Act - Amends the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the Act) to repeal the exemption from the disclosure requirements of the Freedom of Information Act granted to materials submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and the Investment Company Act of 1940.

Restores or revives the provisions of law amended or repealed by the Act as if the Act had not been enacted.
