Partnerships for Wellness Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to award competitive matching grants to local educational agencies (LEAs) participating in the school lunch and breakfast programs for projects that leverage community resources to increase student access to physical activity, nutrition education, and nutritious foods during the regular school calendar.

Requires LEA grantees to partner with a community-based organization, a child- and youth-serving organization, an institution of higher education, a health care provider, or another business or community partner in implementing such projects.
