Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge Expansion Act of 2010 - Expands the authorized boundaries of the Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge to include all or a part of the lands or interests identified in the map entitled "Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge Expansion Area" (May 2010). Permits the Secretary of the Interior to acquire by donation, purchase with donated or appropriated funds, or exchange such land and interests.

Requires acquired lands and interests to become part of the Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge.

Prohibits all acquisitions of lands and interests under this Act from being the result of forced takings.
