Social Security Disability Applicants' Access to Professional Representation Act of 2010 - Amends the Social Security Protection Act of 2004 to provide for permanent extension of the attorney fee witholding procedures under title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act (SSA) to SSA title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) (SSI).
Amends SSA titles II and XVI to provide for the permanent extension of such procedures to qualified non-attorney claimant representatives.
