Federal Housing Finance Agency Inspector General Technical Corrections Act of 2009 - Deems the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), for purposes of the Inspector General Act of 1978, to be a designated federal entity during the period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act and ending upon the date that an Inspector General of the FHFA is first appointed and confirmed.
Establishes in the FHFA the Office of the Inspector General.
Instructs the Director of the FHFA to appoint an Inspector General of the FHFA within 30 days after enactment of this Act.
