Social Security COLA Fix for 2010 Act - Authorizes an increase of $150 in Social Security benefits for one month in 2010 to compensate for the lack of a cost-of-living adjustment for that year.
Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to require an annual adjustment in the OASDI contribution and benefit base regardless of whether a cost-of-living increase in benefits has occurred.
