Prohibits the Secretary of Health and Human Services from applying, during a specified period, certain revised Medicare average hourly wage comparison reclassification criteria to a "subsection (d) hospital" seeking reclassification of its wage index during such period.

(Generally a subsection (d) hospital is an acute care hospital, particularly one that receives payments under Medicare's inpatient prospective payment system (IPPS) when providing covered inpatient services to eligible beneficiaries.)
