Charles August "CAL" Long Undiagnosed Diseases Registry Act of 2009 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to establish and maintain an undiagnosed diseases registry to facilitate the early recognition, prevention, treatment, cure, and control of such diseases. Authorizes the Secretary to make the information in the registry publicly available, except for: (1) individually identifiable information; or (2) trade secrets or commercial or financial information.

Requires such database to be operational one year after enactment of this Act.
