Future Physicians Serving America Act of 2009 - Amends the Peace Corps Act to make Peace Corps volunteers eligible for a year of tuition assistance for undergraduate medical education for each year of service in the Peace Corps. Limits such assistance to a maximum of two years.

Amends the National and Community Service Trust Act to provide individuals who successfully complete a required term of full-time or part-time national service an educational award for undergraduate medical education. Makes such assistance applicable to up to two terms of service.
