Air Force Depot Workers Fairness Act - Authorizes federal civilian employees of the U.S. Air Force Depots at Tinker ALC in Oklahoma, Ogden ALC in Utah, and Warner Robbins ALC in Georgia to earn compensatory time for irregular or occasional overtime work at a rate that is one and one-half times the amount of time spent in such work instead of overtime pay, wage-board overtime pay, or Sunday rates.
