Authorizes the President, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to appoint Deanna Tanner Okun as Deputy United States Trade Representative (USTR), notwithstanding certain provisions of the Trade Act of 1974 prohibiting appointment as a Deputy USTR of any person who has represented, aided, or advised a foreign entity in any trade negotiation, or trade dispute, with the United States.
