Access to Medicare Imaging Act of 2007 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to establish a two-year moratorium on certain Medicare physician payment reductions for imaging services.

Directs the Comptroller General to study and report to Congress during such moratorium on imaging services furnished under the Medicare program.
