Emergency Gasoline Assistance Act - Increases funding for the social services block grant under title XX (Block Grants to States for Social Services) of the Social Security Act for FY2008 and 2009.
Requires the state to use such increased funding to provide a gasoline subsidy to assist individuals who are members of families with incomes that do not exceed 300% of the federal poverty line.
