Veterans Critical Access Act - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act, with respect to the Medicare rural hospital flexibility program, to exempt from the critical access hospital inpatient bed limitation any beds provided for veterans whom the Department of Veterans Affairs referred for care in the hospital or for whom it is coordinating such care with other care being provided by the Department.
