Kentucky Artisan Heritage Trails National Heritage Area Act - Establishes the Kentucky Artisan Heritage Trails National Heritage Area in Kentucky. Designates the Southern and Eastern Kentucky Tourism Development Association (SEKTDA) as the management entity for the Heritage Area. Requires the Association to develop a management plan for the Heritage Area.
Prohibits the Association from using federal funds received under this Act to acquire real property or an interest in real property.
