Temporary FHA Direct Endorsement Lender Participation Act of 2008 - Amends the Economic Stimulus Act of 2008 to require the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to authorize the participation of mortgage brokers and lenders meeting certain criteria as direct endorsement mortgagees under the FHA single family mortgage insurance program for mortgages approved by the end of 2008.
