Commission on Securing the United States in the 21st Century Act of 2008 - Establishes the Commission on Securing the United States in the 21st Century which shall review the next 20 years' global security environment to identify U.S. strategic interests and develop an appropriate national security strategy.

Terminates the Commission 60 days after submission of a final report required under this Act.
