Alaska Rainforest Conservation Act - Designates specified public lands in the Tongass National Forest, Alaska, as wilderness areas or components of the National Wilderness Reservation System.
Provides with respect to specified public lands in the Tongass National Forest for: (1) designation as Land Use Designation II lands; (2) designation as restoration lands; and (3) designation as special management areas.
Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate as wild, scenic, and recreational rivers specified waters in the Tongass National Forest.
