Lead-Safe Housing for Kids Act of 2007 - Amends the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 to set the environmental intervention blood lead level for a confirmed concentration of lead in whole blood as equal to or greater than ten micrograms of lead per deciliter for a single test, for purposes of provisions concerning lead-based paint hazards in housing.

Requires the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to amend relevant regulations to comply with this Act within 90 days.
