Transition Education Accountability Report Act of 2007 - Requires the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to report to the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate on the measures taken by the FCC, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, and other federal agencies to inform the public of the transition to digital television broadcasting and the termination of analog broadcasting. Requires the FCC to provide for the public dissemination of the report.
