Alarm Customer VOIP Notification Act of 2007 - Directs the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to adopt regulations requiring VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) service providers and VOIP equipment manufacturers to inform subscribers of the steps needed to maintain the proper functioning of any alarm, security, or personal emergency response system.
