American Dairy Farmer Protection Act - Amends the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 to extend national dairy market loss payments through September 30, 2012. Increases the maximum payment quantity for all producers on a single dairy operation.

Sets the FY2008 minimum price for Class 1 milk under a federal marketing order at $15.58 per hundredweight.
