Medicare Laboratory Services Access Act of 2007 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act with respect to fee schedules for clinical diagnostic laboratory tests and the Medicare laboratory specimen collection fee. Sets such fee at $6.07 for 2008, and the same adjusted for inflation in subsequent years, to cover the appropriate cost of collecting the sample on which a clinical diagnostic laboratory test was performed and for which payment is made.
