Disabled Veterans Sports and Special Events Promotion Act of 2007 - Establishes in the Department of Veterans Affairs an Office of National Veterans Sports Programs and Special Events, headed by a Director, to establish, carry out, and promote programs for the participation of disabled veterans in approved sporting and other events. Authorizes the Director to provide a monthly assistance allowance to service-connected disabled veterans participating in an event sanctioned by the U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC) or residing at a USOC training center.

Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the USOC to provide support and reimbursement for USOC expenditures for the military paralympic program.
