Expresses support for the goals and ideals of National Caribbean American HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. Recognizes the second anniversary of observing that day.

Encourages: (1) state and local governments to recognize that day, publicize its importance, and encourage Caribbean Americans, Caribbean-born individuals, and all people in the United States and its territories to know their status and undergo HIV testing; and (2) media organizations to carry messages in support of that day.
