Directs the Clerk of the House of the Representatives to make corrections in the enrollment of H.R. 2863 (Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2006) by striking Division C, the American Energy Independence and Security Act of 2005 (allowing oil well drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR)) and Division D, the Distribution of Revenues and Disaster Assistance.
