Affordable Books for College Act - Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to establish a demonstration program of loans to expand college bookstore services to provide students with the option to rent course materials.

Directs the Secretary of Education to make such loans to a limited number of eligible entities, as well as feasibility study grants prior to loan applications.
