Restates the House of Representatives' commitment to help strengthen democracy around the world through the work of the House Democracy Assistance Commission.

Welcomes the members and staff of the parliaments of East Timor, Georgia, Indonesia, and Macedonia, and endorses a continuing partnership between the House of Representatives and such parliaments.

Supports future exchanges between the House of Representatives and the parliaments of Afghanistan, Kenya, Lebanon, as well as similar partnerships with other new democracies.
