Requests the President and directs the Secretaries of Homeland Security and of the Treasury to provide to the House of Representatives, within 14 days after adoption of this resolution, all documents in their possession, including records of internal discussions, relating to: (1) the Dubai Ports World (DPW) acquisition of U.S. commercial ports leases, including the December 13, 2005, Coast Guard Intelligence Coordination Center document; (2) the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) review process for the acquisition, including discussions between the White House and Dubai Ports World, and during the period of October 1, 2005, to March 2, 2006, between the White House and the Carlyle Group.
