Federal Election Integrity Act of 2005 - Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to prohibit a chief State election administration official from taking an active part in political management or in a political campaign with respect to any election for Federal office over which such official has supervisory authority. Provides for penalties for enforcement.
