Veterans Amputee and Rehabilitation Act of 2006 - Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to establish not less than five centers to provide enhanced rehabilitation services to veterans with amputations or prosthetic devices. Requires each center to be designated as an Amputation and Prosthetic Rehabilitation Center.
